Hi,
Check the version of the DB2 oledb driver, it's probably an early version that is not *quite* compatible.
I remember having problems when 2005 was first released with DB2 SSIS extraction....

It seems that if you have an incorrect path (or no path) specified in the destination for the rename, you can get one of the two errors posted.

Sorry I should have said the first ID field listed is a primary key of that table.

I have to say I've never come across a system where people are changing the actual structure of the database itself on a regular basis.

GSquared is absolutely right: you need to create a normalised structure out of that mess. It's the only way to go. Preferably get someone who knows what they are doing...
