Yes.. W2K3 Standard supports 4GB and Enterprise supports 128GB(x86) and 2 TB(64bit).

If you are trying to diagram SQL 2000 DBs you need to use Enterprise manager.. SSMS cannot work with SQL 2000 diagrams..

yes.. you need to install the cluster first.. then install SQL Server. The cluster needs to have common disk space configured etc.
