Just right click on the database and take permission tab. here u can assign the user for permissions.

Yeah i am planning to do that way.
Region wise partitioning:
1. RegionGroup1Current,
2. RegionGroup2Current,
3. RegionGroupCurren
But here i bit confused to move the Items after one month to the another...

So the business rule is that you always archive and delete an entire region at a time. Odd, but if that's the rule then partitioning by region will help with...

Is this a valid instance name? Is it started?
If you connect to the instance with the same administrator account, does it work?

When i check the event viewer am getting error like
