It gives the initials but it doesnt sort them in ascending order .

Hi Hari,
Pkt_type is fixed from 0 to 5
whereas pkt_id can be anything but in real time it will be from 1 to say max. 50...

Acually there are approximately 4 million records ..therefore one has to run the loop 36 * 4 million times....so its taking a lot of time...
