BOL is fine and useful,but my point is anybody from their personal experience can point out any site/article for T-sql beginners which is simple and easy to learn with exercise.Google...

This indicate that replication agent is too busy to respond while EM polls it.There can be many reason it will become busy.you have to change the refresh rate setting value...

That is not bad,But it is a mess of every thing.I am asking any site/Article  devoted for T-sql which anybody found useful in their learning (Beginning)

We can't avoid dead lock fully , but the number of dead lock can be minimized.You can find how to minimize deadlock in the Books online under section Dead lock...

Can you clarify whether the microsoft outlook folder you are configured to receive mail is password protected or not?.

1. The job u are running has any need to access resources across network?

2.What is the service start up A/c of sql server agent . ie...

It must be a member of Administrator group on local computer and there for it must be member of the sysadmin role Within sql server
