To see property of the database the default user "dbo" on that database should have to be associated with proper login...Go to security tab of that database and locate dbo...

Create a maintenance plan with Check Database integrity task ..and put a notification on the job that when it fails it will send you an email..Whenever the DBCC Checkdb gives...

Go to that physical server and try finding sqlagent.out and errorlog.txt files from windows search..May be that can help...just make sure that they are for the same instance....

We are not having any global group. We only use local group in active directory, which is only for one domain.
In sql server we give permission to that group. But...
