Seems like the distribution is not cleaned up!
Check the retention days for each subscription. It should not be configured as "never expires"!

It's an average value. If you load big data amounts in the cache the value can be unsteady.
How about your indexes?

Exactly! To sum it up : Page Life Expectancy Extremely high is not a problem...it's a great!

Hm...I would say : If you got a lot of activity PLE is getting low(er) and if you got less activity the PLE is increasing, because the pages stay longer...

Try this:
The new user might not exist in the Users table. If that is the case, then you need to add/modify/delete something in the Reporting Server using that account...

I don't think it hurts. I would say you don't need the entry without the port, but as long as it makes no troubles leave it like it was.

Why don't you just show us your list of SPNs?
The most important entries are:

Got snapshot isolation mode activated. The developers use NOLOCK AND ROWLOCK.
