I have reinstalled the Client components and still does not show the SQL Management Studio. When I rebooted the computer I got an error msg when windows was loading up....

Thanks folks. I just found out how to fix it:
I opened port 80 through my firewall and the problem is fixed.

I just found out that when I disconnect my laptop from the internet,
my http://localhost works fine.
