Above database sizes are after shrink only with simple recovery model and

mdf & ndf files are increased after posting new data into that partitions.

If table doesn't have clustered index , there is no guarantee for order , if table having clustered index then result will display clustered index column order.

This problem may be with sql server(maybe sql server corrupted) , I also faced same problem in my local machine while taking schema script from my local...

I am also getting same issue,I closed all open connections even-though , it showing same error. what is exactly reason for this.

You want to see DB comparison or Replication monitor , If u want see replication status, using replication monitor window in server explorer .
