Hi Chandrasekhar,
Are these instructions for IIS 5.0 or 6.0? We are using 5.0 and I don't see an Application Pools folder under IIS not a DefaultAppPool folder.

After a little persistance on my part and with the use of SQL Profiler, I discovered that there was a missing stored procedure named sp_MSestimatesnapshotworkload.

Raj,
I did mention that the user account executing the snapshot does have access to the syspublications table. I'm able to query the table in Query Analyzer without fail.
