I dont think Lock pages in memory is the answer, especially because of this.

Lock pages in memory is available for standard edition as of SQL Server 2005 SP3...

My opinion says that yeah, this was a meant to be spot the flaw in the design (hence the title). Understandably, you could say flaw #1 are the requirements...
