Its only stopping my SQLAgentaccount and not the Windows and it stops sometime in 10 days sometime in 5 days

I did check no error log has been dictated.

It restarts every 5 to 12 days.

But I cannot do that because of SOX related. It's there any way from MSDB datawere where I can get this whole path. I tried but was helpless.

I have one SQL Agent Job which contain 4 steps.

step number 3, I want to replace DTS package

I am a NEW DBA, and I know how to add login and give permission but for this enitre 200 DB I don't know how to write script for this
