applicable to windows XP and not for Win 2k or...

The problem here is SQL stops execution of the script when it encounters
the error...

Well the message it gives is a normal message shown when IDENTITY INSERTS are off.
Ie "An explicit value for the identity column in table 'tablename'...

All that "begin"s must "end"
The "end" statement is missing for the first "begin".
