I've found a problem.
On the lowest level I have moer then 65.000 records attached to one parent level.
So more then 65.000 product under one catalog entry.
Trying to solve the problem...

Nr of rec's Top table 7. Bottom table +/- 600.000
No changes done to the server.
Not at the SQL Server and not at the analysis server.
