That solved my problem.

I don't see any errors on the SQL log and the job is used to send email notification to customers regarding their account.

Whenever this deadlock occurs, most of our users are getting timeout errors when running our applications. And every time I try to kill the blocking process, it becomes Killed/Rollback...
