    Thanks everyone for all the help. That was definitely the problem (untrusted) in our database. The script generator was just putting the database to the state that it was in....

    I wouldn't say that.

    Fragmentation is not that massive of a concern, but rebuilding indexes also removes the half-full pages that you tend to get as a result of page...
