I dont think there is a global parameter in SSRS, one alternative way is to use report model where you can define your own data source with all the fields...

instead of using use dbname command use database name as prefix in select query like dbname.sys.dm_db_index_physical_stats, hope this will help you.

Use INIT option in the WITH clause of backup statement, it will overwrite the existing backup file. for more info try this link
