   Initially when starting the replication the snapshot was pushed and was in sync.

   There are no identity set for the table.

You could also try using Backup log <db name> with truncate_only

and then try shrinking the log file using Dbcc shrinkfile.

You can also use an Export/Import for appending the data on the destination table. If not able

to do with Linked server. Linkedserver too is  another way in transfering data.

Check the processes that are currently running and by the spid you could

see the command that is used and check if it can be killed.
