It probably has access through the BUILTIN\Administrators group that is under Site Setttings\Security by default.
You can remove or reduce the permissions this account has to prevent this from happening...

Is it possible you have some filtering set for the trace results?
I've tested this against a view and can see results for SQL:StmtStarting/Completed and SQL:BatchStarting/Completed events.

The answer in this link might help you. You can disable the 'folder settings' tab (for a role though) but cannot disabled the 'detailed view' tab
