Personal pet peeve of mine... really don't like people who record with a table. It obstruct the view of people behind you. It's a tablet, not a camera....

Hello,
The problem is that your query is using double quotation marks inside the SELECT statement, which breaks BCP.
I would change your SELECT statement that lists the columns to
SELECT @cols =...

If you can't see a service called "SQL server..." something, it means you may not even have SQL installed there anymore... Or you are using express version.

Unusual name? That raises a red flag.

Check if the domain Service Account belongs to any group that's already on the Login list, and check the default database setting.
