It all depends on how you have implemented your program. Is it supposed to be realtime entry or is it possible that you are allowed a few minutes for updates...

You should be careful here. I noticed that you are planning to install Win2003 on the workstation as well. Remember that this OS running concurrently with the SQL Database...
