My only comment is that in the script at the beginning the table you create is called tbTicket but the table you use is tbTicketing.

Create the job by hand in Enterprise Manager or Management Studio and after that you have the possibility to right click on it and "Script job as". Use that script...

Then I think you can do as in the article advised (at the beginning), build a sp that calls your function and you should be able to debug it.
