Please replace "SUM(BalanceOutstanding) AS BalanceOutstanding" with "BalanceOutstanding" in the top-select (outer query)...

...because of two reasons (as I can visualize):

1. SUM(...) is an aggregate (group) function and you should GROUP BY...
