Please stop mumbo jumbo wordings. Options could have been with witness / without witness . I hope testing on concept / technical skill and not on english phrases

Question should be straight forward and clear and should test concepts.
Tricky wording (database files/data files ) should be avoided , which does not make any sense

Practically this is not possible. In production you can not stop and start the service everyday and changes occur to master datbase every day .
