Can a single computer be part of multiple clusters?

I can find the records in the dmv but they are not visible on performance monitor. I tried to load them by lodctr sqlctr.dll but didn't work.

The counters are visible on database level but not on OS level(dm_os_performance_counters), i tried to follow one post earlier to make it work but couldnt find any positive results:

Right..performance monitor shows sql counters from other instances but not from four, i find it installation issue but not know what components i need to reinstall..
