This is really odd.
I was doing the SQL in the view creator, and putting in the code you guys supplied resulted in the amounts without any decimal places, not displaying...

Sorry but that did not work.
We have some amounts without decimal places, and those have not been given them. I have tried both of the guys examples, and both fail....
