Sure..
Both Auto create statistics and Auto update statistics are ON.
But still it is recommending to create few statistics and indexes.
Won't go blindly by it anyway.

Hi,
It doesn't return any records, but does a 10798 logical read every second.
Upon checking further, indexes are missing it seems. Especially on some foreign keys.

I scheduled it almost the same way as of now.
Set following params in the schedule.
Program/Script=powershell.exe
Add arguments (optional)=process.ps1
However, I would prefer to convert it as .bat file and schedule it.

Issue resolved.
It was happening only for one particular user database which was automatically created by some vendor application, and was working fine for other DBs.
Owner was not set...

What's the state of the current certificate has that expired. It looks as though an old expired cert has been replaced by a new one, but you'll need to confirm
