I see my problem. The statement is incorrect. It should be:

"insert into excelfiles (ExcelFileName) values (" +"'"+ @[User::FileWeJustFound] + "'" + ")"

I forgot the include the "(...

The ResultSet property is set to: None.

I even tried to put the sql statement in the Expression as a "SqlStatementsource".
