I was able to figure it out.
In the Sql Server Configuration manager I needed to change the startup to the agent.

3- I set the result set paramater to single row
5- I go into result set, create a result...

All I see in there is

Thats right. We can think of the fiscal as a counter and it resets itself when a new month is reached.

Using the "FROM" and "TO" date, I want to select all the dates in the dates table that fall in that range.
"FROM" value 1/1/2005, "TO" value 1/31/2005 then increase the day...

Everything is now OK.
I rebooted the machine and everything is now working fine.

Yes...I thought of that to but...
But when I try to create a new sql mail task it still gives me the same error.
Man is this thing frustrating.
