what I am trying to accomplish is to pull all the
loginnames from syslogins and join them to whatever...

well I am directly on the server via a remote desktop connection running sms. I am not remote so I am not sure.

i did have to take the quotes off the numbers as the value is integer (my fault)

Well...
it is geting there
at least no errors
but i have names like this: LOSANGELES-2K\cox.jim.adm
EXEC spLogin_OwnedObjects 'LOSANGELES-2K\cox.jim.adm'
it returns nothing and i know there are objects there as i was getting them before...
