Yes ....Report Navigations ....when u go to properties window --and then Action ...GO TO URL..

so I want to configure a hyperlink on the names column that is when someone click...

no i want to display a sub report in parent report.... the position data and weekday data is coming from main report and the names are coming from sub report...
