Easy one
I have given answer by eliminating the wrong ones. First two query returns 4 and only one answer contains 4,4 so no need to check others..

I know you can change the source and destination tables dynamically, but I have no clue how you would handle the changing metadata.

Do your various destination tables contain different column definitions, or do they all have exactly the same structure?
Table structure is same - columns, data types are same.
