Hi Grasshopper.
The SQLDebugger account will be on the Server. If the server is not your machine that will explain why you can't see it.
First try.. starting the debugger..

We had the same problem here.
It has been introduced in SP3. We registered the prob with MS and they say that it is a "feature" of the new SP....
