    The default_language is already set to "slovenian" (18).

    I can view, check and change ths via server properties/advanced.

    It cannot be changed directly by query (update sys.configuration)

    I'm pretty sure slovene is 18,...

    sory, I've pushed ENTER too early...

    Last thing above is result from sys.configurations and it's same in 2005 and 2008...

    SQL 2005 and 2008 give me same answer on SELECT @@Language

    it is: us_english

    If I try - set language slovenian, I get "Changed language setting to slovenski."

    But if I put

    ok, I made connection trace, but... it's he same:

    Win 2003 / MS sql 2005:

    -- network protocol: TCP/IP

    set quoted_identifier on

    set arithabort off

    set numeric_roundabort off

    set ansi_warnings on

    set ansi_padding on

    set ansi_nulls on

    set concat_null_yields_null...

    Hi,

    still same problems.

    I triple checked regional settings.

    Regional / Format: Slovenian,

    Location - Slovenia

    Keyboard - slovenian

    so (input language, format, location) all set to slovenia.

    I'm logged as administrator and I have restarted...
