Congrats Jeff! Hardly a surprise, given that he not only works but writes exceptionally understandable articles explaining the intricacies of SQL and set-based theory. A well-deserved recognition!

Why don't you just change the shortcut to run as Administrator in the Compatibility settings? There is a "Privilege Level" to run this program as administrator:
