There's no magic book around (I know only one book about transactional replication, written by Hilary Cotter). However, Books Online contains many bits about how things work, you just have...

hi,
Absolutely no warranty that it will work. That is, it will work in case the state of the publisher and distributor and subscriber databases are taken from the very same...

Hi,
You may want to turn on logging for the problematic agents and find the exact rows failing. Edit the job step by adding the option "-Output E:\ReplDistrAgent.log " to the...

Hi,
It depends on - is the latency of your subscribers higher when this message shows up? For me, I couldn't find the root cause but a simple agent restart solves...

Hi Nicole,
There are some hidden details, but based on the info you provided, if I were you, I would use mirroring between A1 and A2, and script out the replication...

Andy,
Even if everything goes fine, no warranty that you'll have the same number of records in the subscription databases as the subscriber finishing last will have the most record. It's...

Maurizio,
I'm quite sleepy now, so no idea what I'm writing, but you may find something useful in it. First of all, there's no easy way to happiness 🙂 You can...

Some thoughts...
1. Replication can be very troublesome, that's true, however, in general, I found the system reasonable in one way or another, so I do believe in determinism 🙂
