Just solved it for me with these steps...
1. Uninstalled all Oracle products.
2. Deleted the Oracle directory, (since the Oracle uninstaller did not do so).
3. Visited here http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/database/10203vista-087538.html

As a temporary fix, you could help the user to know how to print it to PDF and then to print the report from the PDF file?

Did you check in the IE Settings to see if the ActiveX controls are not disabled?
What browser and version are you using?

This might sound like an odd suggestion, but did you consider that this whole RS Client Print thing is an ActiveX control, and many antivirus programs have settings which disable...

I don't think that the RS Client Print control is affected by SQL Server updates. I think it pretty much stays the same as it is just an ActiveX...
