I think we need a serious tool. Anyone has any opinion on Confio Ignite?

In my case godaddy just happened to be the destination. There will be hundreds of other destinations, we can neither control nor make any assumptions about them.

Since the limitation comes from destination servers and we can't predict their limit, the only reliable limit will be 1 message per session.

Is there a more immediate way? Perhaps an event in CLR that I could catch?

Thanks for the answers. I was under impression that deleting is the most expensive operation. Apparently it is a concern only for large number of records to delete.
