I tried telnet 1433/1434.

Connecting to 1433/1434..Could not open connection to the host, on port XX: Connection failed.

Unfortunelly, I can not access to firewall.

I already print out the netstat  ip address and show it to him that

the port 1433 is blocked.

I created alias in SQL Server 2005 and 2000.

I did not see the IP address SQL Server 2005 show up in

Server B (SQL Server 200)...

Should be:

CREATE VIEW dbo.OverdueView

AS

SELECT

  Overdue.column1,

  Overdue.column2,

  Overdue.column

From Overdue

The view was created.  The replication copy over the file to UNC folder.  But it did not show up in Database.
