moreover you can even restore master from cmd by using sqlcmd utility...but for that too you shud start sql as i mentioned......after starting sql in single user mode, just type...

use master
go
alter database DBName
set recovery simple
or else you can also change the recovery model by
goto object explorer in Management studio---right-click the db---properties---opotions---recovery model........

hi,as every 1 rightly stated u truncate the log and then perform dbcc shrinkfile...also change the recovery model to simple .... coz it will truncate the log file in that...

i a bit baffled by this.....since ur monitor says the last file restored as 14:40 and u only hav the latest @14:30 in C:\drive of secondary.....i feel that sum1 had accidentally deleted...
