I've used this routine before when moving from 2000 to 2000 and it works great. Many thanks for this. However, I just tried it for moving from 2000 to 2005...

We've had similar issues with clustered indexes getting "trashed", but still being able to get to the data.  Symptoms included high CPU and slow performance. I dropped the clustered index...
