This is what I thought. However, the Listening Port box is greyed out and I cannot select a different Port.
Any thoughts on how to overcome this?

A change of folder permissions AND a server reboot has resolved the issue.
Now error "Error loading from XML" "occues when CPackage::LoadFROMXML fails"

Have resolved the issue by moving away frrom a mapped drive and using full file path \\ServerName\Director\AnotherDirectory\etc
