    I changed my visibility section to read

    <Visibility>

                            <Hidden>=IIf(Fields!Sales_Vs_COHD.Value &lt; 0, False , True)</Hidden>

                          </Visibility>

    I no longer get an error but all of my boxes are coming up hidden now even though...
