It looks to me like list is repeating on DwgCode and not on Area.

In the Grand total textbox there should be a green traingle. click the triangle then click your properties window. you should be able to set the background there.

We have both those setting to never timeout. Yet the report bombs at 60 minutes everytime.

if you are using sql then just implement a union with all months.

Might there be a way to use the global variable userid to create a dynamic query. I haven't done it, just brainstorming a little.
