i have had this problem also, with no solution. When viewed in the preview it looks fine, but when deployed, the extra spaces are removed.

I'm using 2005.
When i print my report (or export it to PDF) the font size is increased and the margins are increased and fields that occur at the edge...

Thanks! That didn't quite work, but i wrote my own function to do it using the PadRight string function.
