I would suggest turning on detailed logging for the web site. You would then be able to see what pages they are accessing the data through.

One solution that we have been investigating is the SonicWALL SSL VPN 200 - VPN gateway.

I forgot to mention, I only use the DUMP command in emergency situations.

This is exactly the reason that I bought a USB Flash Drive. Also, it comes in handy when you're at a client site and need to copy something to take...

Probably the first thing that I would check is the file system structure on the new disk. If it's FAT32, then you need to change it to NTFS.

Depending on the version of Oracle, you should use either a CASE statement or the DECODE function.
