I would be very interested in a solution to this problem as well. I would still like the printing and pdf generation of the report to use proper page breaks...

If you are on the Data tab of Report Designer in Visual Studio, there is a "Delete Selected Dataset" button beside the Dataset drop-down list.

Is that what you were looking...
