You need to configure SQL Server to use SQL Mail, configure and Operator with an email address and then in the notifications tab of the job in the email box...

Try using this in part of your script, I don't think you can have a colon (: ) in the file name, that might be the reason it's not working,...

This update is a recommended one, does this mean that Microsoft have fully tested all of the previous hotfixes?
