Have you checked the .DLL versions of the grid - we had a similar problem with True DBGrid?

Where you show the contents of the 2 tables the "select" commands both come from #TestUpdateA, shouldn't one be from #TestUpdateB?

I used the Enterprise Manager through a VPN connection, I just had to register the server's ip address (instead of the name) in the enterprise manager and then it worked....

It should also have stated 32 or 64 bit - the 64 bit version supports up to 512GB of RAM - although I must admit that I've never seen such...
