First run...
I ran it against a fairly messy stored procedure...multiple comment sections, aliased table names, updates & executes in the same proc, etc. Here's what it extracted:

Well, we're talking about more than 100 databases, with thousands of stored procedures built over the last 5 years by 15 or so developers, so the structure of them varies...

Coalesce(@PartID, 1)
That'll give you 1 if it's null, and @PartID if it isn't.

I believe another drawback to the Lumigent tool is that it only works on SQL2k installations.
